The property will contact you prior to arrival, with clear check-in instructions. Late check-in between 20:00 - 22:00 is possible for an additional fee of GBP 30. 在升格直轄市、生活機能提升與房價較雙北市低因素下，鄰近大台北地區的桃園市成為北台灣房屋首購族的首選。
中信房屋大有加盟店店長吳佳達表示，在升格直轄市、航空城、捷運綠線等題材加持下，桃園房價近年來不斷攀升，桃園市區的大有、大業、中平路二手屋每坪約18至25萬，新成屋大約每坪25至28萬，中正藝文特區為每坪30萬。
吳佳達強調，雖然桃園房價較SARS時期每坪17~18萬時期高，但是跟新北市新板特區每坪90萬相較，桃園房價還算是低廉，在台北買2房的20年中古屋要2000至3000萬，但是在桃園買豪宅還有剩，所以越來越多購屋預算不多的雙北市首購族，選擇到桃園購屋。
桃園房市熱絡，讓中古屋與空屋越來越少，吳佳達指出，儘管政府近期打房政策讓桃園房屋交易量有所萎縮，但是在升格、經國路與中路地段都市重劃等題材發酵下，桃園房市還是後市看漲。
除了桃園民國103年底將升格為直轄市議題發酵外，桃園航空城計劃更是不容忽視。桃園航空城占地6150公頃，在航空城目前預定計畫中，中央政府負責航空城「蛋黃」部分，包括規劃桃園國際機場新設跑道旅遊資訊、擴大自由貿易港區及桃園空軍基地以南到高鐵間的部分土地。
桃園縣則負責航空城外圍的「蛋白」部分，包括機場捷運周邊道路與各項產業園區的用地。航空城計畫將讓桃園與大台北在發展上更為密切接軌，甚至有可能讓台灣的進出口業務，更倚賴桃園航空城，大大增加桃園城市發展與就業機會，也因此讓鄰近桃園航空城的青埔高鐵站地區成為建商與投資客集中之地。
儘管高鐵站青埔蜜月行周邊土地近年來飆漲，但是和新莊副都心相較，仍是相對便宜，依舊吸引不少首購族入住。
隨著機場捷運預計於民國104年通車，桃園到北市的通勤時間大幅縮短至19分鐘，加上捷運綠線動工，桃園生活機能逐漸提升，房仲業者認為，如果未來捷運陸續完成，勢必有另一波漲幅，桃園房市未來20年仍相當有看頭。

陳鴻嘉特別說，日本LINE採用的人工智慧技術，台灣不一定完全採用，希望能與台灣業者共同開發中文核心系統，語音辨識不需要再翻譯，讓處理效能可以提高，預計今年就會開放人工智慧語音客服。
